Linda Park (born July 9, 1978, South Korea) is an Asian American actress who is better known for her portrayal of communications officer character Hoshi Sato in the television series Star Trek: Enterprise.
Linda Park was innate around Korea and raised in San Jose, California. She participated around the total of theatrical productions around her teens at Notre Dame High School and Bellarmine College Preparatory, leading her ultimately to search & earn the B.F.A. from Boston University. When you took her college career, she spent the semester within England, studying at a London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts. To a lesser degree a year fallowing graduation, she was cast in the role of Hoshi Sato in the fifth incarnation of the Star Trek franchise, Star Trek: Enterprise. Hoshi is the ship's communications officer & has the natural gift for translating alien languages. Park herself is fluent within triad languages, English, Spanish, and Korean.
Park is however an active student of dance. Remarking that "dancing has always been my second love", she however studies ballet, among other dance forms. She presently sleep in Los Angeles, California, where she is the co-founder of the theater company Underground Asylum. Around October 2003, Park starred in UA's globe premiere of the Mary Fengar Gail’s play Fuschia. She as well produced & starred inside her foremost short film, Our Prince, The Angel, in August of 2003.
She is dating actor Tom Hardy.
